ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Peel-Harvey Catchment Council Annual General Meeting is usually
held in October immediately prior to the ordinary meeting for that
month, although the timing does vary due to circumstances.
The agenda for the meeting usually includes:
- Confirmation of Minutes of last Annual Meeting
- Chairman's report
- Presentation of financial statements
- Election of office bearers
- 4.1 Chairman
- 4.2 Deputy Chairman
- 4.3 Secretary
- 4.4 Treasurer
- Election of Executive Committee Members
- Appointment of an auditor
- Review of agency members
