CONSTITUTION

The Peel-Harvey Catchment Council achieved its incorporation in May 2001. As an incorporated body the Constitution of the Peel-Harvey Catchment Council (Inc.) was developed and registered with the Ministry of Fair Trading (now Department of Consumer and Employment Protection).  The PHCC Constitution (as amended) is available for download in PDF format via the link below.
